Disloyalty Coffee Card

A fun and tasty initiative is brewing in the South Kootenay again this Fall.  Participating is as easy as enjoying a cup of coffee on a Sunday morning.

To pay tribute to entrepreneurs who contribute to the region’s coffee industry, the Trail & District Chamber of Commerce is re-introducing the ‘Disloyalty Coffee Card.’

To keep things fresh for coffee lovers, the region’s small business network is encouraging consumers to #thinklocalfirst with a cup of joe from a variety of participating local businesses. This campaign showcase all of the wonderful local independently owned coffee shops with individual personalities and delicious products here in the South Kootenay region.

The Disloyalty Card encourages you to try out different coffee shops; we’re super fortunate to have such a diversity of brews here in the area!

How does it work?

  1. To get started, visit a participating business and ask for a card.
    Rossland
    Alpine Grind Coffeehouse
    Gold Rush Bookstore
    Gabriella’s
    Seven Summits Coffee Company
    Warfield
    Warfield Petro-Can

    Trail
    Caffe Americano
    The Bridge View Cafe
    The Doorway
    Trail Coffee Co.

  2. Purchase a coffee from any of these shops and receive a proof of purchase stamp on your card. After nine stamps, customers are entitled to a free coffee at any participating business. The first 100 people to fill their card will also receive an espresso cup (pictured).

The initiative returns at an appropriate time, with Small Business Week taking place Oct 17-21. During this annual celebration, the Trail & District Chamber of Commerce acknowledges the contributions entrepreneurs and small business owners make to the economy.

Instead of solely buying coffee from your regular cafe, why not mix it up?
